CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
To ensure fairness to our waitlisted clients and to preserve the integrity of our artists’ schedules, a non-refundable 20% booking fee is required at the time of booking.
• One-Time Reschedule: We allow a one-time rescheduling of your appointment without forfeiting your booking fee, provided the new date is within 7 days of your original appointment.
• Notice Requirement: Rescheduling or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment time.
• Late Changes: Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Forfeiture: If a second reschedule is requested, or if the new date falls outside the 7-day window, the original booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Out of respect for all scheduled clients, we allow a 15-minute grace period.
• Clients arriving beyond this window may experience a modified or shortened service, depending on availability.
• In some cases, services may need to be forfeited to maintain schedule integrity.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a focused, professional, and restorative environment for all clients, guests are not permitted during appointments.
